    For our Decaf Dark Roast Peruvian Coffee, we recommend a 1:16 brew ratio, using two (2) Tbsp. of freshly ground coffee per 6 fl. oz. of filtered water.

    Our Organic Decaf Dark Roast Peruvian Coffee comes from coffee farms located in the lush, mountainous Cajamarca region of Peru’s northern highlands, where the farmers work to conserve and protect the land against encroaching mining operations. With its fertile soil, high altitudes and a temperate climate, the region is ideal for producing high-quality organic coffee beans.

  3. What process do you use to decaffeinate your Peruvian coffee beans?

    Our partner employs the Swiss Water® Process for decaffeination. This process employs only water, time and gentle heat to extract the caffeine from the coffee beans, so you can enjoy them without worrying about exposure to chemical contaminants common in many decaf coffees.
